During the massage, the therapist climbed onto my body using her knees and applied very hard pressure. It felt uncomfortable and not very professional. She also didn’t massage my head at all. She never stretch me at all after.

Went for a remedial massage with Ice and she was fantastic. She was super strong (I requested firm pressure) and targetted all the knots and connected tissue skillfully without any faffing about in between.

i would say ice massage very good, very super strong pressure, which I asked for, reception man seems nice. I had muscle aches all around my body the day after for a whole week, not the type usually happens after a massage though, which was very inconvenient. Not sure why it could be.

I got a pregnancy massage with Ice for back and hip pain and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about being pregnancy safe. I felt at ease knowing this and my body felt much better after seeing her. Highly recommend!

deleted my review last time bc the owner was so mad i was scared i was gonna find him at the foot of my bed. but after visiting a bunch of times, last time they gave me the trainee (slimy considering i paid full price, idk if its cause im young or what but it wasnt cool) and it was genuinely the worst massage ive ever had. i was in proper pain. Do not go here! If I could give a zero I absolutely would. The man who owns the massage place didn’t keep a record that I had a credit of $30 and when I went in the next time he wouldn’t apply the $30 because he couldn’t remember. I’ve been a loyal customer here and have had many massages but I am absolutely appalled at how this was handled.
I’m adding this after the review written by the owner. I have definitely been for at least 2 massages this year, so your records are absolutely incorrect! And what a lie that I didn’t call. I called and spoke to you and you told me the massage therapist I booked wasn’t in anyway. Wow. I’m shocked at your lies! Also the fact that you can’t remember that I used an EFTPOS gift card that had $100 dollars on it. It was expiring so I asked you to take the whole amount which you did and asked if you could apply that $30 to a future massage. You agreed but didn’t record it. It’s absolutely appalling how you have treated me over $30. I would have come back and given you more business but I’ve actually gone for two massages since at Vigorous Thai and they have been AMAZING, so thank you for doing me a favour!

I came here after straining my lower back and was in a fair bit of pain. The masseuse was very professional and worked on the area that I explained. I’ve been to many places where they perform the same routine, but the masseuse really focused on helping me. I would highly recommend this place for their professionalism. I will be back soon. I have been seeing Ice for around two years now and she is by far the most superior massage therapist in Melbourne. Her deep tissue massage helps my recovery so much. I go in with so many aches and pains and I honestly leave feeling amazing every time. I've moved South but I make the effort to travel to Gold Leaf because the quality of the massage is so good.
